1. Overview

At MyPickleDrop, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with clear and fair return and refund policies.

2. Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns on the following items if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition:
– Paddles
– Balls
– Bags
– Towels
– Full Sets (4 paddles, 4 balls, 1 bag, and 4 towels)

3. Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for returns or refunds:
– Items that have been used or show signs of wear
– Items without original packaging
– Items marked as final sale

5. Refund Process

To start a return, please contact us at support@mypickledrop.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved and received, we will inspect the item(s). If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

6. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@mypickledrop.com.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or offer a full refund based on your preference.
